SCHOOL OF RESEARCH ON PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGED 
(SRPMC)

The School is with the primary objective of undertaking education, research and training programmes in the field of physical and mental disabilities. The School also addresses issues related to medical, health and psychosocial aspects.

Although there are large number of organisations in this field at various level, such a School dealing with all aspects related to both physically and mentally challenged do not exist under one roof. Besides there is lack of coordination and transfer of knowledge to rural areas. Thus the School aims at filling this gap while imparting education and training in the area of disability.
